1. Use of Services
1.1. Authorization to Operate
As a digital product vendor, we maintain the right to sell according to the guidelines established in these Terms and Conditions. By engaging with our services, you implicitly consent to these terms. Any breach of these terms could lead to a ban or blacklist from our support channels and may result in a denial of future services.
1.2. User Agreement Overview
This document ("Agreement"), in conjunction with the StreamUpgrades Store Privacy Policy and all related policies published on our platforms, governs your access to and usage of our websites, services, applications, and tools (collectively referred to as "Services"). This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the user of our services ("User"), and StreamUpgrades ("SG, Eddy"). By using our services, you agree to adhere to all policies and terms outlined herein.
1.3. Consent to Terms
Your access to and use of our services signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.
1.4. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and/or associated policies at any time, with or without prior notification, by posting the updated Agreement or policy on our platform. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted.
2. Refund and Replacement Policy
All items are subject to our warranty policy as detailed below. Refunds are not provided, as we enforce a strict no-refund policy. However, a faulty product may be eligible for replacement.
2.1. Replacement Criteria
A product may qualify for replacement under the following conditions:(a) The product does not align with the description under which it was sold.(b) The product fails to function for the duration of its warranty period.
2.2. Non-Eligibility for Replacement
A product will not qualify for replacement if:
- The warranty period has expired.
- The buyer loses the premium subscription.
- Contact with support teams from advertised platforms or negative feedback will be considered a resolution of the issue, and no further support will be provided. Additionally, a blacklist from our store may be imposed.
- Initiating a chargeback violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in the revocation of access to purchased products. You may also be blacklisted from our platform and Discord, and your personal information may be used in investigations related to fraudulent chargebacks.
- Any form of threatening behavior will result in an immediate ban and/or blacklist.Please note that order processing and delivery may take 24-48 hours. Once delivered, premium subscriptions are non-transferable and irrevocable.
3. Product and Service Guidelines
3.1. Pricing and Product Details
Descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.
3.2. Changes to Offers and Orders
Offers for products may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. If you have an order in progress, you will be informed of any relevant changes.
4. Conduct and Communication Rules
All users must adhere to the following rules. Violations may result in a ban.
- No self-promotion or advertising of external services.
- Avoid flooding the chat with repeated messages or irrelevant content.
- Do not use terms that imply or suggest illegal activities, such as “Token,” “Hacker,” “Exploit,” “Cracker,” “Piracy,” etc.
- Treat others with respect—no harassment, hate speech, or excessive profanity.
- The chat is a place for constructive discussion; we reserve the right to remove any content that does not align with this purpose.
- Ticket Guideline - Do not flood the support system with duplicate tickets; all inquiries will be addressed as soon as possible.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication when seeking support.
- Clearly describe your issue to facilitate quicker resolution.
- While we strive to respond within 7 days, resolution times may vary based on the complexity of the issue

Our platforms may provide access to third-party content, products, or services. We disclaim responsibility for any issues arising from interactions with these third-party platforms, as they are not affiliated with us. Even if we recommend or endorse these sites, we assume no liability for any outcomes resulting from their use.
